Customer service is wonderful. James Albert V. was so helpful and very patient. He helped me with those widgets and getting us up and running. So thankful for him!

I downloaded this app because its the best rated on the market and it didnt disappoint. I initially input the code myself but my theme had dramas and i contacted customer service where I was met by Diane. she copied my theme input the new code to ensure reviews were on product and collection pages and lastly just got me to publish. The customer service was quick effective and top notch. Thanks once again Diane

Their tech support is really efficient. We just started using Yotpo, and at first, the written reviews were not appearing on our website (only the star ratings did). We reported it, and the issue was resolved right away! They also explained how they fixed it - so I also learned more about how to navigate their app. They also noticed other issues in our code, which they fixed as well. Very good service.

I am setting up E-Commerce website and I decided to try Yotpo for my product reviews. I like the UI and features however while I was setting up Star rating with categories/collections, I had a coding issue so I contact Yotpo. I was wondering how long it would take to get response from them
But Josh Angeles resolve the issue within 1 business day
It was like BAAM. I was WOWed.

March 2021: another great experience. We changed our theme and I lost the reviews showing on the product pages. I contacted Yotpo on the chat on a Sunday and Eleen responded immediately and fixed my problem. Great support, thank you Eleen for your help! December 2020: Another awesome support, this time from MaryAnn! November 2019: I want to update my review. If I could give 5 MORE stars, I would. Since I can't, I will explain here why we are so happy. Our reviews were not showing in Google. So I contacted Yotpo support (as well as the app we use for SEO), and ADRIAN from YOTPO replied within a few hours with a very thorough explanation, way above and beyond Yotpo's reach. Adrian did some analysis in Google that pointed out some left over junk from other apps (that we had already removed). He gave me enough information so I could raise the flags with the other vendors. For that reason, I was going to give permission to Adrian to go there and fix what was necessary (even if the problem was not due to Yotpo), but the other vendor stepped in and fixed their mess. I couldn't be happier. As a small business owner, we trust that the apps we put on the store are doing what they are supposed to do, and not causing problems. Not all are like that. I am glad there are professionals like Adrian who know what they are doing and provide support that is second to none. So here are my 10 stars for Yotpo: ********** July 2018 : We installed Yotpo two months ago and we love it. It is easy to use, super helpful for customers to enter reviews and Yotpo support is outstanding. They reply to any and all questions very quickly and the answers are thorough. We couldn't be happier!!!!!

No podía implementar el carrousel con las reviews por mi mismo y el servicio técnico de la app, en especial Orly lo hizo por mi super rápido y además fue muy amable y paciente. Recomiendo este servicio muy por encima de las demás aplicaciones.

Mary Ann went the extra mile to assist me in importing reviews from another source as well add them to my website. I Will start using YOTPO now and I can say that their customer service is excellent!
