I had a very good experience with Allent M. He/She helped me a lot in correcting file formats and it has been very speedy assistance. I really appreciate this becuase from now on we could easily fixing formats problems from our own end easily. Thanks a lot, their customer service is top notch! :)

Great review app. I had issues with transferring my reviews from a previous platform and Gimbert from Yotpo was extremely helpful. I've been looking at other review platforms for when I decide to upgrade plans for more features... I'll be staying with Yotpo due to Gimbert.

Yotpo is easy to use and has lots of features, even on the free plan. We've never had any issues with the app's performance. We particularly like how customizable and branded we can make the review request emails. We also appreciate the different tiers of paid plans so that as our order volume grew, we could upgrade to plans that fit our needs and budget, and downgrade as needed. And, 10/10 for customer service. We made a mistake when upgrading to a higher plan and asked if we could get a refund. We thought it was a long shot, but they did refund us, AND during the process were really great about sending updates to let us know they were still working on our ticket.

I have been using YOTPO Free Plan for a couple of years now. Easy to set up and administrate. I had to raise a ticket recently and was very happy with the service provided by Arven.

Pretty awesome.. We've received more reviews in the past 2 months on our new site using Yotpo than we've had in the past 7 years. They also created a custom email notification for our customers with just a simple email request from me. We're beyond happy! IT's also nice to show our employees the great reviews they're receiving, it really helps boast moral. Thanks team YOTPO!

We've been using Yotpo for 3 years now. I have to say one particular customer agent has stood out most JAMES EDGAR C. We had two products on our website that were the same just a different image. We needed to merge the reviews in order to delete the duplicate product without loosing the reviews.
I used the live chat and JAMES was able to remap the reviews straight away. as opposed to other agents by the name of Alberto who took 3 weeks and still didn't do it. I highly recommend Yotpo overall as they are always keen to help. I guess some agents are more skilled than others. Thank you James
