Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Just installed the app changed from my GoDaddy site to my Shopify site I asked support and within min, they accessed my Shopify site changed them and the review app was installed great service super fast, The main reason I changed to Yotpo was the google snippets so that google my business could read and use my reviews, Yotpo is on a list of trusted sites for reviews by Google

The is app is great, it integrates very well with SMSbump, although I think the admin interface would can be better. The live support chat they use on the admin panel is very weak, for example if you open a new tab, the chat will be disconnected. With that being said, the tool and the support team are very helpful (Rein and Howell), they are very responsive and patients, and would connect to your store and fix any issue you will have. I recommend installing the app.

It's awesome! It's a must-have app! Even the free version is very much helpful to start. I don't know what reason my past orders review emails didn't work, but the support was incredible and fixed the issue, fastly. In just 24 hours since the emails were sent, I received my first review from a real customer!

Today Yotpo support (Warly) helped me to place the Review Caroussel on our website. You need to adjust the theme code which is for me too technical. Walry helped me quickly and to my sattisfaction.

Jenny from support fixed the issue I accidentally created within a day! She found the problem from behind the scenes and corrected it very quickly!
