The customer service representative at Yotpo, Allen, was extremely helpful! Thank you for your working thru the weed hours of the morning to assist me with my website!

It's a bit odd that Shopify doesn't come with reviews built in. We got this app and were a bit nervous about how it would fit on our Retina theme, and it actually worked out quite nice. It's a great tool for developing unique content on our pages.

This app has been great for us. Recently changed themes and had to contact support to reinstate my star ratings. Russel was was awesome. He jumped right on the problem and had it completely resolved in less than an hour. Very pleased.

I changed my theme and the reviews disappeared. I sent and email about and they explained how to make it work, but didn't work. They log in in my Shopify (with permission) and solved the problem in a span of couple hours. Super helpful!! Excellent support!! I'm amazed. Thanks
