I love using this app. really helpful. I have been able to collect reviews and post it on my site. It helps my customers to make their purchase decision.

Its VERY expensive, but customer service is great.
Would request option to send whatsapp msgs to collect review.

Great customer service (helpful and fast), not too hard to set up and performs really well on site for customers too. Good integrations and automatic review requests.

Timely support is very important to us. The app is efficient and Yotpo support team is friendly and helpful, especially Allen M, his prompt support is very much appreciated. I like their all in one app so I don't have to install too many different apps for the different functions also. So far so good. Thanks to the Yotpo customer services for the help.

I had updated my theme and in the process had deleted my reviews. I was trying to re-install everything, and being ignorant in coding, reached out to support and got Allen M. He first tried explaining the steps but when it became clear that I was a danger to myself, he offered to install the app, the widgets and even helped me to personalize the text on the site and told me where to find it should I want to change again. Thanks Allen you saved my Saturday afternoon (and probably Sunday morning).
