Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I really like how the app helps me get reviews for my products it works efficiently and looks good on the website. Recently I changed themes which meant my previous reviews were no longer showing. I was quickly helped by Pauline at Yotpo who fixed it for me in no time!

I installed the app, added a ton of great quality reviews & even had an issue installing a widget but the support agent (Shyrene D) was incredible! Can't recommend this app more!

They immediately fixed the issue when I pointed out that the review tag was broken. Additionally, they went above and beyond to resolve other problems as well. I never imagined such an experience was possible through chat. It was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I sincerely hope that one day it will be available in Japanese.

Je ne connais pas encore bien toutes les fonctionnalités de l'application, et l'utilise pour le moment pour les reviews. Très satisfaite du service clientèle, notamment avec le chat en ligne. Anne m'a aidé rapidement et a pu m'expliquer en détail les actions qu'elles a faites, en toute transparence.

Love this app. By far the best review app I have tried. Great customer service as well. The app lets you collect reviews by sending customers emails a few days after placing their order.

Excellent and quite simply a necessity for every e-commerce business.

Amazing assistance I love this app ! Previously left but a returning customer, had issues with installing the widget since I previously had it installed. Mary Ann was able to assist me promptly and did an amazing job. Would recommend for all business owners looking to expand trust and promote brand word of mouth !

Crazy fast, polite, and helpful customer service. Our store is only just starting and we are only using the review widget so far but I am very please from what I see!

I only just installed the app but so far so good. The customer service is speedy and superb. I had an issue and they were quick to respond and solve my problem.
