Great app and great customer service. Automation makes it easy to use and rapid feedback from their staff if there are issues.

Yopto is great, not only because of its outstanding features but also because of the world-class customer support.

Yotpo is an incredible app. Before using Yotpo, our site's order confirmation email asked customers to provide a review. That didn't work so well. After switching to Yotpo, reviews now come in weekly instead of monthly (if that). That's pretty good given our order volume. It makes a huge difference for customers if they can just conveniently write their review within the follow-up email vs having to return to the site and find the product page. And it's extremely convenient for me as a site owner because everything is automated. Great job guys!

A must-have for any online store, it's really easy to use, the reviews make my customers feel like they can trust the website and buy, and all of this for free. And it also looks great! Oh yeah- and the customer service is fab! I don't really know what I'd do without it!

The app works well and does what it promises. The only challenge I have had was that the functionality disappeared when I upgraded my theme. Ronel R. in customer support was super helpful and resolved my issue quickly.
