Thanks to Radly, who helped me out with a few questions regarding our account. For us YOTPO is the best solution for collecting reviews, because of the many possibilities to get in touch with your customers. Highly recommended

This app is really helpful! I appreciate the chat which solved my problem in minutes. James was quick, helpful and I highly recommend this app.

I love that it sends emails to my customers to follow up on the products and ask for a review. Most of the time even if the customer love your product, they wouldn't remember to leave a review if they weren't prompted or reminded. I also had problems having the reviews published initially but the customer service was very prompt and helpful!

Yotpo is a great platform for aggregating customer reviews. The backend interface is fairly easy to navigate and set up.
