So far my experience with Yotpo has been excellent. I had an issue recently which I did not know how to resolve. Mitch quickly got in touch with me, and helped me to resolve this. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm very happy so far with the service

update: we had to update our theme to the latest version so we had to re-add the star ratings. Ruzsel J was super helpful and fixed the problem

Update: I have since requested support for resolving a display issue and Arven sorted this very quickly for me :)

Customer service team is so helpful! Jeorge Kenneth V was so great when we needed help changing our coupon for people leaving reviews.

Definitely a fan of Yotpo reviews... easy to setup and customize to fit our site.
