Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I had a technical problem to install Yotpo in another 3rd part app. The helpdesk is really helpful and they worked patiently to resolve the problem. I am satisfied with the functions. My users value reviews very highly and it is an important factor in their purchasing decisions. Yotpo is automatically collecting reviews and shows it in a sopshiscated way.

Paulo has been amazing! He has been attentive to understand my request and did a great job to fix it. It's a shame we can't tip-off but that was really amazing for my first interaction with the platform. Thanks for the value.

A bit expensive for a new small business, but great customer services. I had a an issue and they were super responsive in helping me fix it. Allen was so helpful with fixing an issue. Unfortunately we've changed provider due to limited upload image functionality the provider. For us, image uploads and social proof are super important, but Yotpo does not make it easy.

An amazing support team and outstanding performance from Mary Ann. I am completely satisfied with their service and I literally recommend it to everyone who is starting an e-commerce business. Thank you for everything Yotpo!

The app is very straight forward, easy to use and the customer service is quick to respond and solve any issues.

The service is great. Since I'm banned on Facebook and Google it doesn't benefit me to leave the free plan. my products are prohibited from those platforms.... I see everyone selling the exact product so thank God I just have customers and yotpo for reviews on my site.

Even knowing how helpful it is to have automated comments on my site, I was reluctant because 1) I'm a not very technical one person support for the site and 2) I was reluctant, after prior bad experience, to add anything that might slow down load times.

Yotpo addressed both concerns beautifully.

First, the install instructions are careful and easy to follow. It really does take only five minutes to have reviews popping up on your site.

Second, I saw no new drag on load times. My pages come up quickly with a clear and coherent review section ready and waiting.

This really is a five star app.

Really easy app to set up and use.

Was switching our review platform from Judge.me to Yotpo and was having a few issues (user error on my end) with transferring reviews. Djan helped me out and was so awesome at guiding me to correct what i did wrong. Got set up and next, i'm setting up subscriptions! Thank you for your amazing customer service! :)
