Today, I upgraded my Shopify theme, and lost some of my customizations, one of them was my Yotpo product Reviews, it was Sunday evening, and I panicked....I was lucky to find Warly, Yotpo Support rep, who kindly helped me restore all my App Settings in a heartbeat!
I will continue working with Yotpo since they have the best customer support on the planet!

The customer service is very patient and I asked a lot. Reply is very fast and simple, effectively solved my problems.

I LOVE this app! It works very well! The only down side is I had to have my web guy install it (for $100) :-( Would be nice if it was a click to install :-)

Amazing app for collecting reviews and displaying them on the website. The customer service is also amazing, Rhenant answered and sorted my request within 10 minutes of messaging. Would highly recommend!
