Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I would say this app is a must-have for every e-commerce store. The reviews tool via customers' email client is very easy to use, and we get a lot of customers leaving reviews. It's created a virtuous cycle for us -- happy customers like to share their experience. This app makes it easy for them to do just that. The Reviews tab on our site (and page) gives us credibility with first-time visitors, and product reviews help drive sales.

This should be a no-brainer.

This app works exactly as described. Customer service is great when I run into any issues! I worked with Warly last time, who helped me very efficiently.

I have to give this app a 5 star, I was so confused and frustrated not remembering how to use the app since i haven’t been on there for awhile the agent Jo Lorenz was so patient trying to figure out the issue the agent go above and behind to help me finally the issue was resolved. The agent also added my reviews to the new theme i'm updating, thank you so much. I definitely gonna look in to upgrade my account with you guys

Excellent customer support! I changed the theme of my store and the app wouldn't automatically install to my new theme properly. Support came and manually edited the code to make it work. Thanks again!

I love this app, super helpful for acquiring product reviews and displaying them. Yotpo has great customer service as well Pauline was very helpful getting code installed on our new theme!

Ever the blonde I installed it wrong ! I emailed support and had it installed for me in a flash, I love this app and find it very useful, an email is automatically sent to your customer after purchase inviting them to review and when they do you are emailed to let you know ! a great feature is you can change the settings to alter colours etc, you can share your reviews on your facebook page easily too and the best thing its FREE ! Deserves everyone of those smiley faces.
