Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Their customer service is amazing. Every issue I've had, they have been on top of it and fixed it right away. The app itself is great so far (only a few weeks in) but will do another review as more reviews trickle in.

The support service is exceptional. We needed to get the reviews into the code and showing on different areas of the website and they did everything on a Saturday morning at 7am in 20 minutes. Very happy with it.

So far the app is great and works well.

Doner helped me rectify an uncomfortable situation when a customer accidentally left a negative review that she admittedly intended for another store’s product. He was able to override that false review and request a new review directly from the customer. I appreciated Doner’s understanding as I am a small business owner and take all reviews very seriously.

After struggling for weeks to find a review app that works for us, we found Yotpo and couldn't be happier. Reinier D helped to get us set up on our live theme as well as an updated version we are working on. Would highly recommend Yotpo
