I really like this app and am hoping it brings more traffic to my site. I am not technologically savvy and had trouble installing the code. I received an email stating, that I'd downloaded the app but it was not installed. I responded explaining my difficulty. A tech then installed the app for me correctly. I am a new store and have received a handful of reviews. I am looking forward to generating more.

Excellent application, even in free mode. Does exactly what it should do - you can adjust when it will ask your customers to write a review, you will have control over what is published and what is now. Easy integration in Shopify platform.

I'm enjoying Yotpo - particularly my customer service experience with Allen This is a big expense for my small business but so far we are seeing a great ROI.

Yotpo has been great in getting our business up and running. The platform is really intuitive and helps us get quick responses for customers. We recently ran into an issue where a few orders were missed and Yotpo's customer service rep helped us remedy the problem in less than 10 minutes!

Yotopo installed very easily. They send you updates whenever someone leaves a review, and it works very fluidly with both my Shopify page and my Facebook Fan page. Five star Grade A work!!!!

Incredible response happened immediately after installing (which happened nearly immediately). Their support is solid. They've helped us to sell $thousands$ of dollars in sales and has become our follow-up and customer service pillar. Quite more than was advertised, huh? Anyway, we love them and won't continue growing our company without.

Eduardo IS THE BEST! My theme was updated so I have lost all the reviews, and Eduardo fixed everything for me right away! I have 16 apps installed and YotPo has the best and fastest customer service! I will be customer for life!
