Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app to manage your reviews. Have been using this for a year now and now adding similar products to our offering. Nick did a great job in merging reviews and setting up groups on new items added into our catalog.

Needed help getting star widget to show on my Product Pages and James helped me get up and running in no time through live chat. Very helpful. Looking forward to having customer reviews to increase trust. Thanks YotPo!

Very comprehensive. Functionalities are strategically developed to meet customer demand. Pricing is a little higher than competitors but in terms of its value and scalability, Yotpo is worth considering and doing research on it.

Every week I try to single out one thing that I can do to grow my business NOW. Not sure why it took me so long to pick this. Easily grew my sales by 30-40% in about 30 days with just the FREE version.

Our company has been using Yotpo for quite some time now. We almost never provide reviews (which is odd really as we want every one of our clients to review our products using Yotpo!!). However, we are today after seeing lots of 1 Star ratings on Shopify. Our team does do not understand the 1 Star reviews on Shopify. Our experience with Yotpo has been among the best of any app vendor across all our platforms. We have needed Yotpo support maybe 5-6 times and each time the response was friendly and efficient.

If I had one complaint (and seriously, it not really a big issue) is the constant positioning of features to upgrade too. For example, Comments etc. Heck, like us they have to try and drive upsellng and conversions just like any business so I respect it - even if they are a little heavy with the visuals. At least I know they keep developing new features.

So in full disclosure - 67 designs is just a customer of Yotpo services through Shopify. We have zero relationship with anyone at Yotpo or their backers. We just use their review app and will do so until such times they ever drop away from the good customer care we've experienced to date.

I love it, it's worked really well for us, easy to set up and administer and it gets reviews.

The team at Yotpo are really responsive whenever I've needed help (I'm based in Melbourne, Australia). Nothing is a problem and if I can't do it, they jump into Shopify on my behalf and set it up. Really appreciate their approachability and responsiveness. I was recommended Yotpo from a friend and now I see why they raved about them. There's also a ton of customisation to help integrate everything with our branding. Special shout out to Eduardo who's been really awesome setting up reviews on our page!

I installed Yotpo in 2019,. Spent a little time setting it up which was pretty straight forward and let it run. I found I don't need to monitor it at all as it will send an email notification when a new review has been submitted. I have only had to contact support once and the answers were clear and concise. Overall it's been a great addition to my website.

The base plan really gives a great opportunity to try this app. Easy to install and even if there are issues, the staff is fast and super helpful
