Yotpo is one of the oldest apps I've been using on my Shopify store and I cannot imagine my site without it. It sends out good-looking review requests, organizes all the reviews, and allows customers to ask questions. Highly recommended! Btw, James from the support team helps me to update review widgets to the new theme, was very polite, and done with it very fast and professionally, thanks a lot!

You pretty much set it and forget it and reviews just starts rolling in! Recently needed to migrate my product reviews to a new website and Manny made things very easy! The app is great, helps to give my customers peace of mind about the quality of the items in my shop-- and I'm also very happy with my recent tech support experience. After changing my theme the reviews weren't displaying properly and I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own. It did require manually reinstalling, but the person who worked with me took care of it and was very pleasant and beyond helpful.
