Yotpo is the best review app out there! They have the best feature but also, and this one is important to me, best support service. They always answered my questions quickly. Thanks Yotpo!

I was very new to setting up a review page for my website. The support team was very very quick to responded and very helpful. I had some issues with getting my SEO Review Page live (hence not the 5 stars) however, the support team and especially Kenneth John M went above and beyond to help me solve the issue. Now I have a great looking review page on my website and works perfectly. Highly recommended Yotpo for anyone looking to start a review page.

A way too expensive and not worth it and definitely not worth the investment. I wish I elected Yotpo competitor, same price, and much much better customer service and all customer service is located in the USA.

I have just signed up to Yotpo and was having some difficulties ading reviews onto my shopify site. Eduardo.R was an amazing help to me on the live chat. He was able to fix all my issues in a timely manner, his customer service was amazing! So happy and i hope to work with Eduardo again! Thankyou!

Been using Yotpo for a couple months now. Customer services was fairly quick and able to help me when needed. The dash is simple and easy to ease. I wish the widgit was better looking and able to customize it further.

I am so appreciative of the ongoing & personal support of this amazing team. After I granted access to my site they installed the widgets I was having problems with. I received emails to make sure I was happy. Of course, I haven't gotten a review yet as I just had the app installed today but the Customer Service has made me like Yotpo even more!
