I was able to install the app for free, and integrating it with Shopify was incredibly easy. What stood out the most was the excellent chat support. I like the fact that Yotpo automatically sends review requests to customers and publishes them on the site.

Just installed the app and already see new positive reviews coming in with a strong open and conversion rate. Have had a number of questions for the chat support and both Lemuel, Daniel P and Nick S. were very helpful in getting me squared away. Now looking to get the Loyalty program set up. So far it's been positive and looking very promising....
