I love this!!! It looks so professional for our website and the emails requesting them after purchase are very helpful so we have a steady flow. I had some trouble with the reviews appearing at first and Manny from support was very helpful in guiding me to figure out the settings.

Great support! Helped me install and configure the app. Software looks really nice and has lots of good features.

Had an issue that turned out was not created by Yotpo but from another review app. Allen M in customer service really tried his best to fix the problem and luckily identified the source of the problem. Very much appreciated!

If you are looking for a review platform, you've got the best right here! Yotpo has been not only amazing from a customer support and their product is awesome. It has help our business grow because of it!

Support is very helpful and friendly. Sadly, upgrading the plan was too expensive for us and the design didn't fit well into our shop.

I opened my Shopify store in April as one of the many leaving Etsy. Since then I have had many questions and ALL have been thoroughly answered with phenomenal customer service. The entire team follows up each time. The site itself is working well for me, but it's the customer service that really sets this apart.

Just started the install process, but really blown away by the chat support from Mary Ann! She was VERY patient and helpful in assisting me with all the set up. Can't wait to get this bad boy live!!

I agree with the other negative reviews popping up. I'm leaving 3 stars just to say thanks for the while we have the free plan, but no more.

We have used the free version of Yotpo with great success but as a growing e-commerce store the added functionalities are a must. The Starter plan - $25 /month only gives you incremental features, then it goes to the Pro plan $399, Powerhouse plan $699/ month, an extremely steep and unrealistic increase in prices. Ideally we would of loved the Pro plan functionalities but weighing the cost benefits, we've decided against it which is a shame.

We're now using Judge.me, although the interface is not as sophisticated as Yotpo, they provide most of the functionalities we were looking for, amazing support, and they are constantly adding new functionalities listing to user feedback. That's how a app is supposed to be. The price point - $15/month is no where near what Yotpo asks for.
