Yotpo works great, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the team. I just had more things I needed help with, and Ronel R was able to help me out. He kept me in the loop with updates, and we had a meeting to discuss my issues. He was incredibly helpful.

Recently installed this app for my Shopify store. The free element as everyone knows is very limited. However, once I upgraded I needed the advice of the 'Yotpo Growth Support Hero' .. Literally unbelievable level of service, help and recommendations. Well done Yotpo and well done Yotpo Growth Support Hero 'Jaypee' ...., If every company could take a leaf from your book the world would be an easier place to navigate.

We've used this app for product reviews and love it. It drives so much traffic back to our store with email review requests, i'd recommend giving it a try.

Donald in Support was stellar! He hung in there with me until the very end, even after I accidentally disconnected him! Yotpo is difficult for some people to use, and I am one of them. Donald was so polite and expedient he restored my faith in Yotpo. Most of all though he was perceptive in understanding my problem when other people in support were unable to do so. The app itself works very well. Even the free version came with enough basics that were easy to install and use.
