Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Love the app and used support today for the first time. Lightning speed, friendly, efficient help, right on the spot. It doesn't get better than this. Thanks Yopto!

Another update. I needed more help after changing my Shopify theme, and Rhenant was able to quickly solve all my issues. I so appreciate such great customer service.

This app is simple to use and install and I am so impressed with the results! When I started using Yotpo's emails I saw the reviews left on my site double immediately! I was previously using an automated email from mail chimp to ask customers to return to my site to leave a review, but giving them to ability to leave a review directly from their email has been huge success.

The only thing I would change is to be able to change what address the email is sent from so that user can respond to the email. I am not sure if this feature is available in the paid version.

The app itself is great, but this review is to talk about the customer service. I dealt with Jo Lorenz earlier today, and he was super helpful in getting the app moved over to a new theme that I had installed. He dealt with my requests to place the carousel in different places on the homepage to see which worked best, and also set up the product page exactly how I wanted.

Yotpo is a very useful app to build trust with my customers. They often refer back to it. Customer service is outstanding, fast and efficient. Anne from Yotpo was so quick to help when I had a question implementing the widgets. Highly recommended!

We know for a fact that our customers use the reviews to determine whether or not they are going to buy from us. Love it! Customer service is phenomenal also. They even helped implement some code on our theme.

Yotpo has been great for my store and brand and super easy to configure and implement. The times I have run into technical issues their support team has been responsive and quick to resolve the problem

Time after time I am amazed by the customer service of Yotpo. The assistance from Daniel, Reinier, Ruzsel John, Kenneth John M and Gimbert has been amazing. I use this app to receive feedback from my customers. It really helps me know what people enjoy the most about my products. I recently experienced a problem with my site and a lady called Shyrene, was extremely helpful and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! I didn't have to do anything! Manny was also extremely helpful and would highly recommended! Reinier D solved a problem for me which would've taken days to complete but they went out of their way to create a spreadsheet in a couple of minutes. So pleased and thankful for this service!

Lost my reviews and a quick note to Yotpo and they're back. Always a pleasure working with these folks. Nick, you rock! Thank you so much for all your help. Thanks Yotpo for the product. Just wow! I have been trying to get the reviews fixed for some time. Junalou came through and fixed everything for me and even added some extra review coding for my products page. I don't have a lot of time to be working on apps, etc. and Junalou took charge and made it all happen. The conversation rocked, they knew what to do, and just great people to work with. Much aloha!
