Great for Free, but if you want to do anything really with it, it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! It is not a tool a small business owner could afford to purchase, especially, when you have no idea if it would really make that much of a difference posting your reviews to your social media account.
Why not offer a free trial on premium for a month so people can see if it's worth the expense? Not only that, also offer a monthly payment plan? But then $500 a month is still pretty ridiculous.
Highly misleading pricing structure... Yotpo reviews are NOT indexable by Google, i.e. they add limited Search/Content value to your website, UNLESS you upgrade to their Powerhouse package which is like $8k+ a year. So you could effectively accumulate lots of reviews (great) then decide once you've enough, to mark up your pages and show Google some unique unbiased content on your website... Only to find they are unindexable unless you pay $8k+ (not so great!)
For such baseline / simplistic functionality this seems quite a predatory approach to pricing a review platform.
This was a colossal waste of time don't get scam to download this application customer service and customer support are nonexistent they will chat with you but they can't do anything they keep saying we will escalate...........

The app would be great if it worked and if support assisted in getting it to work, ive spent the last month trying to get through yotpo support and no luck
I used the app with Magento and liked it. Trying to use it with Shopify, but can't get any customer support. Submit a ticket, wait up to a week only for them to respond with the same answer (click this article for help) over and over.
I don't think they have anyone doing real tech support, just someone checking e-mail from time to time to copy and past "standard responses."
Support was good when I used with Magento but now seems to not exist...very disappointing.
One of the worst apps I've ever used in my experience on Shopify. Typically I don't leave reviews, but this was frustrating. The product was highly bugged and the interface was never properly updated. Customer service was excellent, and of course, I'm the bad apple of the bunch, but nonetheless, you can't overcome a bad product. UI/UX probably needs a major overhaul.

Very bad onboarding experience. Once they make a presentation, then it is not easy to get help. Our onboarding has never been succeeded yet. Thinking to cancel and get a refund.

Support is none existent. I wrote about 4 messages but gotten no response. App deleted.
The app is good, the really bad thing is that when you Uninstall it, it doesn't go away from my products page, me and my customers can still see the Yotpo Review section, it is really frustrating the fact that I can't take it away. and the customer service just does not respond my emails. I am really disappointed
We installed the app just for a quick test. We didn't even go past the page where you need to create an account or have finished setting up the app. But it sent automatically 200+ review request emails to our customers without us even knowing it.
