The customer service of Yotpo is awesome! Howell is the staff from support agent who helped me today. Nice and patient!

This app is very useful to our online store and the support we received from Kenn T and John G were very quick and useful.

I’ve been using this app for awhile now to get reviews and I absolutely love it- the ease of use and setup is a plus, also customer service is amazing, their respond time very fast. I always recommend to new store owners.

I installed this app because I know how powerful customer reviews can be. I was nervous because I started out with 0 reviews. I thought it would look bad on our store. Because YOTPO sent out emails to past customers, I received 50+ reviews in two days, it was incredible! I could not be happier with this app.
