We have been staying with Yotpo since the beginning, it's a very robust system and we are very happy with it still. Features are awesome, it's very easy to use and functional, and customer service is amazing. High fives!

One of my favourite apps in the app store. Easy to set up and get started. Having emails sent after orders requesting reviews has resulted in a large number of reviews for our website. Yotpo also offers excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The app has a nice aesthetic that I like. It looks more "real" and "legit" than Loox or Alireviews that i've used in the past. They have a LIVE CHAT which is BIG THING, if you need some answers quick or some changes made quick. They will assist you right away. When we installed it the first time, I was a little boring, asking them to do this and that for me, and they did it without hesitation and with great service. I'm very happy that we get to work with them. Eunice and Jo Lorenz were of great help past 2 days. THANKS yotpo
