The main selling points of our Popband hairbands are the promise of kink free hair after wearing your hair up, plus how they look great on wrists as well as in hair - this app provides an extremely easy way for our customers to reinforce those messages for us.
The app has been installed less than a month and we've already had over 70 reviews. The mail after purchase mechanism is the perfect way to encourage further reviews. And it's very easy to get everything set up too.
Highly recommended!
Great features. Little disappointed with the time it took to get the Q&A function to work with my site. They managed to fix it within 2 weeks.. everything is working now and I'm enjoying the benefits of yotpo.
Yotpo is great and easy to use. I had questions about installing the widget and Reinier D was super helpful and nice to work with. They took care of everything quickly.

I used this app to collect Product reviews. The support is QUICK and Ronel R. went above beyond to help me when i contacted support ! LOVE THIS APP.
I've used this app to automate asking for reviews. I love how it also automatically posts these reviews to my FB and Twitter accounts, which has brought people back to my website and provides that social proof. Even when I had to delete and republish a product (which had a positive review attached) due to a technical website issue, the Yotpo support was so fantastic and exceeded my expectations, the team helping me reconnect the original review to the new product listing. I could not recommend Yotpo enough!
The customer support of the app is amazing, Hermes really helped me with the technical problems I had.
The pricing is not transparent from the beginning. I've had the app installed for a couple of years. In that time frame, we've upgraded our plan a couple times from the free plan. We got to the point where I wanted to use their unique coupon code generator. The app says "click here to upgrade". I click there. I upgrade. It still says I need to upgrade. Contacted them. Come to find out that what it told me to upgrade to, does not actually include the feature I was trying to get. Weird then why would it have me "click to upgrade". After much probing and no straight forward answers, they finally proceed to tell me there is a minimum of $8,000 investment annually for the plan that includes a unique coupon generator (it does also include other features in said plan). I am now looking for a better and more affordable alternative for my small business.

I'm having to revisit this review for the fourth time - if you are thinking of using YOTPO - DON'T DO IT - unless you are happy to while away your PRECIOUS hours in Yotpo support chats while they promise to fix whatever is causing some random reviews for some completely different store (ie not our store) appearing in our account which basically uses up your entire monthly review credit ... I have been promised that this has been escalated, it's been fixed and that we'll be recompensed with a credit .... none of which has happened yet ... I recommend looking for a better app. If I could give zero stars I would but it seems to be locked on one

I was having trouble installing the app on my Shopify store, so I contacted support via the instant messaging app. They responded immediately and were able to help me with a couple of tasks. I also love the new review widget.
