Useful app and fast and knowledgable support team!

Ever the blonde I installed it wrong ! I emailed support and had it installed for me in a flash, I love this app and find it very useful, an email is automatically sent to your customer after purchase inviting them to review and when they do you are emailed to let you know ! a great feature is you can change the settings to alter colours etc, you can share your reviews on your facebook page easily too and the best thing its FREE ! Deserves everyone of those smiley faces.

Nice, very nice. Easy installation and works well. I would recommend it.

We've been using Shopify for a little over a year now, and I've tried several free apps, some of which we're still using quite successfully (Chimpified, etc.) This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review for an app, though! I just turned it on about three days ago, and I've been so pleasantly surprised at how easy and effective it's been to add customer reviews to products in our store. I checked the box for the app send out automated emails asking customers to write reviews, and we've gotten 20+ great reviews in just one weekend, which really adds to our store. I also just turned on the floating Reviews tab that now appears on the store, and created a "Recent Customer Reviews" page on our site using the easy copy-and-paste script that Yotpo provides. It is the best combination of an app being EASY, free, and really making our store richer that I have come across so far!

I can't believe that I didn't start this sooner. I love the ease of use and the reviews that are coming in to my site. If you are on the fence about setting up this review system... I highly recommend you don't wait. I imagine I could have received more social proof if I would have started using this sytem sooner.

This is an outstanding app that every store owner should have. The premium feature allows your customers to ask questions about products they are viewing. This questions are then send to you the owner of the store as well as well as to buyers who have previously bought the product. The answers from this buyers are unique content which at the end of the day brings up your site in the search results. This app also have what is called seo tricks. The wonderful thing about this feature seo tricks is that it is hosted on a mini site which comes up in search results. This have resulted in us being on the first page of google because of this mini site. If you are a store owner and customer satisfaction is important to you then definitely you want this app. You can start with the free version and update to the premium version when you think you are ready for it depending on the volume of your sales and the goals you are trying to achieve. Also with the premium version you can respond to customers review.
