Edilyn B of the Yotpo support team was a great help to me. As a new user, I had a ton of questions and she helped answer each and every one of them. Looking forward to getting the most out of the Yotpo platform.

The best reviews app. The support (we were attended by Lervin) is unbeatable, always available to help and they are very fast. Even in the free version, they help you to customize the widget so that it integrates perfectly with your theme.

I recommend this app. We have recently launched an online business and we need tools that are effective, easy to install, and value to our customer's experience as well as value given to our business. It works. It's simple. It adds value to our business.

Great app, does everything it supposed to do, even in the free version. Can't really complain about anything.

Highly misleading pricing structure... Yotpo reviews are NOT indexable by Google, i.e. they add limited Search/Content value to your website, UNLESS you upgrade to their Powerhouse package which is like $8k+ a year. So you could effectively accumulate lots of reviews (great) then decide once you've enough, to mark up your pages and show Google some unique unbiased content on your website... Only to find they are unindexable unless you pay $8k+ (not so great!)

For such baseline / simplistic functionality this seems quite a predatory approach to pricing a review platform.

We are very satisfied with the Yotpo app, but even more so with the customer support. As a new business, we made an error in setting up Yotpo, and the customer service agent went well out of her way to help us in rectifying the situation. I'm sure it took her a long time to fix the problem we created, but she didn't even hesitate and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Great customer service!

Sceptical at first but Yotpo intergrates brilliantly with Shopify 2 stores. We had a small issue with Google Snippets not working with our Outofthesandbox theme but Ed quickly sorted the problem and we now have 5star reviews showing in organic Google listings. Our main problem is that we're getting too many 5* reviews from happy customers (who are keen to leave reviews) but Google thinks we're not genuine!! Nice problem to have! The reviews definitley make a difference and we were able to pull our reviews in from Etsy using another app so we instantly had over 1500 ***** reviews to kick us off.
