Great service and features, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for easy reviews importing

Apologies, this is not a review. I need support, but I already uninstalled the app, so I don't know any other way to get in touch.

I've uninstalled the app, but on my websites product pages there is still a line (just underneath the product title) with stars and a number for the number of reviews. When I installed the app a year ago I remembering asking Yotpo for help so that it would show up there. But since uninstalling the app didn't remove it, I need help from support to remove the code they added.

I hope I've explained what I need as clearly as possible. If not, please reach out to me, or let me know when the code has been removed. Thank you in advance.

This app works really well in terms of what it does - but it's not UK compatible. I stopped the premium service as the dates could not be customised into a UK format. I will look at an alternative because I don't want emails sent to my customers with US dates on them. I have followed up with YOTPO and they can't amend this feature. If at some point they do, I would consider using it again.

This app is great and this has been the best customer service experience! Ronel was extremely attentive and helpful in assisting me with setting everything up. Ronel went above and beyond. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for everything.

Loving the app so far, I needed help incorporating my review widget and used the chat feature. Junalou helped me so quickly and easily, had great customer service skills I really appreciate it, thank you!

Good app would be five stars ( and a great app) but customers keep saying they try and leave a review through the email and it doesn't work and that they have to go back to the site and leave it there, I am sure I would have more reviews if this was fixed

I needed help to solve a problem with getting previous reviews up to 6 months ago. Chatted to Jane and wowsa she was amazing not only did she fixed my problem with one business but did my second business as well. High 5 to amazing customer service.

I would recommend this app for anyone who is trying to build their brand. Also support team is very helpful, they are very quick is solving issues.
