Love this app on shopify. Though some of the improvements are in the works but still one of the best apps being used by us!
Great customer service and easy to implement. A decent amount of customization too.
レビューに表示される名前が注文時の氏名の「姓の一文字と、名前」のため、日本人だと注文時の個人情報である本名がほぼ全て表示されることになります。そのため、日本人からのレビューを受ける可能性がある店ではレビュー者の氏名が表示されないようにコードを追加する必要があります。
詳細を調べようと思っても、説明はすべて英語です。
しかし常に担当の方にチャットで問い合わせることができるようになっていて、サポートを受けることができます。慣れないコードのコピーで戸惑っていたところ、丁寧なサポートをしていただき、無事に導入することができました。
チャットが日本語でできるとさらに良いのですが、日本語は全く通じません。でもウェブ翻訳でも理解していただいて、サポートをしていただけます。

There was a technical issue over the weekend but the team was really fast at getting back to me and turned the situation around. The service won me over, and I would continue using the app as we scale.

The app is great. very user friendly. although i needed the developers help to install it. the only drawback for me was that you cant edit the email look and feel on the free plan. but on the plus side their support is FANTASTIC
easy to use! I wish the interface was a bit more dynamic (customizations update on the site in real time, etc), but I think they will get there. Very simple.
The customer service was great. Kenn T was really helpful and patient. However, I do have a complain with yotpo widget. I would like to show all my reviews in combination inside each individual product, this is not possible right now.

Since my initial review was posted, I feel like Yotpo's team stepped it up and came through for me. I was almost immediately contacted, received numerous apologies, and within a couple of days my issues were resolved. In light of this, I changed my star rating because we all make mistakes and I'm willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, and concede to the fact that mine may have been an isolated incident. It's what we do with the mistakes that counts, and I feel Yotpo's customer service team handled things very professionally. Thanks Yotpo!

The customer support with this company is some of the worst I've ever encountered. I'm having trouble installing the app and after NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they are unable to give me a solution to the problem. I have tried asking for a phone conversation, which I suspect would take care of everything in 5 minutes, but no one calls. Instead I get cryptic emails telling me to take steps that I've already told them I've taken, and/or asking me to take steps without providing instruction on how to do so. It's been infuriating. While I know that many others have written positive reviews and undoubtedly haven't had issues installing, just beware that should you encounter any kind of problem and need support, you won't get it.
I find this app a little pricey and it hasn't returned a high number of reviews for my business yet. 780 review requests sent, only 24 reviews received. But the support with integration has been amazing. So helpful.
Overall pretty good - reached the max on my plan very quickly so was a bit confused when I reached the max again quickly on the next plan up, but had it explained by customer service clearly and quickly. Will continue to use.
