Yotpo is one greedy company. They suck you in with the "Free" card and then if you want any of the extra features it turns into big bucks and a year contract. On top of the big bucks, they limit how many reviews you can request and then you have to pay an overage fee per review. Save yourself some time and money and go with the Shopify review app.
Just left them for Shopify's own Product Review product. Yotpo is fine if everything is working, but their support is shocking with a 7 day gap between each email on a support item. After 3mths of use, not a single review other than the 5 that were manually added on day 1, absolutely nothing from support even though I tried. I have given up. I would not recommend this to anyone.
I uninstalled the app but it is still appearing on my store--it seems this has been an issue for others as well. I don't know why Shopify allows apps that do not uninstall cleanly. I have written to their support to do a clean removal and waiting for response.
Their sales team are way too aggressive and make promises they can't keep. reneged on a written contract we had in place.
Terrible service! We used the app for our old site but since redesigning we have had issues implementing. After numerous emails asking for assistance we have received nothing back from them. We still receive the promotional emails though...
Stick with Shopify Product Reviews - Effortless!
Our store has lost all its product page reviews. We have asked Yotpo to fix this issue about a month ago with no success.

Update review.
Our reviews were duplicated when the Yotpo team imported our reviews from Stamped, and they don't have an easy way to hide duplicate reviews. Also, instead of sending reviews for orders as they came in - Yotpo's system retroactively sent emails for older orders (from six months ago) and used up all of our order limits for the month in one shot.

App is limiting, and interface is complicated. Their support team is non-existent. Avoid at all costs, it'll take even more time when you have to switch to a different review app like me.
Their customer service is rude. The company seems to only care about emails rather than collecting reviews.
I hate this app - the free version anyway. When you get a review or a question it gets posted to your site and there is NO way to respond for less than $200/mo...
I have tried to contact the developer with no response.
