YOTPO is fantastic - as a first time e-commerce user, the team at YOTPO were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and walking through the initial set up with me. Their services are 360 and are essential in automating customer questions, reviews and SEO. Don't launch your store without YOTPO!

So far so good. Install was easy. Have already gotten reviews after just a week. And love that it's hands-off after installation! Haven't had a chance to see if the coupons will work toward more sales.

If you aren't using Yotpo, you are losing money! It is important to know what our customers think of our products. But it also follows up automatically with all sales to prompt the user to write a review. If they do, they get a discount offer which does what . . . generates more sales!
