After my previous review, I chatted with Yotpo. The features we would need as a small business are not there, however it's still a great service to get reviews and showcase them on the site. We use their review system to capture bunch of reviews from customers and the automation is seamless. Additionally, their reviews show up on google which helps cater to awareness.
Once our business does grow to be a medium, large, or enterprise I will definitely switch over to their annual plan.

While this is an amazing app and convenient way to do reviews. Yotpo caters mostly to their annual customer and most of the important features are on the annual plan. Unfortunately, there is no way to get up to the annual plan until your store has above 250 orders a month....

Our team highly values (and appreciates) your feedback; please know it is a massive part of how we evolve and continue to improve our product and services. I absolutely hear and sympathize with your frustration about not being able to have access to some of those features.
I spoke with our team members you worked with and the reason that they weren't able to offer this plan to Girl with Curves was because - with under 250 orders, it becomes extremely difficult for our customers to see the value of that plan and its features- therefore, making it a poor (and costly) experience for the customer and often having a poor impact on our relationship with them. I know you've heard it from our team before, but please know it's an informed policy based on much feedback and a trend of missed opportunities we've seen.
Our goal isn't to oversell upfront, but rather to meet our customers where they are & to grow with them, no matter the stage or scale they're at. If there's anything further that we can do, please feel free to reach back out to Alana or our support team.

I was referred to this app by winningwithshopify.com, we are early doors so not quite 5 stars but Djan at Yotpo has made a great first impression with the help and tech support. Gave our site a quick tweak to get it spot on.
Good review software. Could use some bug fixes on the backend but works well.
Had great customer support from Edilyn B. She took the time to blacklist a few products as I was having a hard time with the process!
Allen M. was super helpful in providing a review summary for all our products and recipes as well!
5 stars to Allen customer service rep for helping me out. I would give the app 5 stars if I had the paid version and it was as good or better than the free one.
UPDATE:
Issues have been resolved and we're back on track. Yotpo stepped up to help out with all of our issues around social sharing. If we could change two things:
1. Don't auto opt-in new partner sites into Optimal Smart Share. If you do, don't hide it behind the Campaign setup so that new users are immediately clear on what functionality has been turned on.
2. Better differentiate Customize from Campaign. Overlapping functions like Testimonials and Mail seem to us like they should be combined. Design opportunity for sure.
Liked the app. Customer support is out of standard. Design was sleek. Just was too expensive compared to others.

Mostly Pros!
- Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website)
- Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores
- Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent
- Great and easy way to add social content into your website
Few Cons!
- Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates
- No great way to include UGC as alternative product images
We've just installed it and we're still figuring things out. Not the most user-friendly platform to set things up and find information, but it's working so far. I'll update our review once we've used Yotpo for a little longer.
That being said, I had a bunch of questions and things that I couldn't figure out by myself today, and Warly S gave me a huge help - kudos to customer service today.
