Just got this app set up and so far so good. Crescel was super helpful, really responsive customer support!

First the manual set up was a little tricky, but Lemuel C help me rally fast! Now my website looks amazing! Thank you!

We've been using Yotpo for a while over the standard review system available in Shopify and we're big fans. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it isn't white labeled (they have Yotpo branding) unless you spend a fortune on enterprise solutions basically. But all the other tools are great, the customer service is excellent (got a custom update to a new theme we're doing in less than 48 hours), so we're happy!

Just started using this app, I faced some issues with installing the app into my themes ( I am not the best with these things) I have reached out to the customer service. Jeorge was a great help. He walk me through everything and when I got stuck made it easy for me and assist me further by setting up my product review page for my shop. Very patient and I'm glad he help me.

Great review app for products and store reviews on client stores. The Rich Snippets are also great for Google organic search results. Although the rich snippet feature is a premium Yotpo feature, this feature drastically improves the SEO find-ability to your Shopify store on Google search because you can piggy-back off of Yotpo's link juice and Domain Authority. We highly recommend this app to all clients, both new and experienced!
