What happened to you YOPTO - it was the best app ever with the best support ever. We were a founding client and were involved heavily in testing and beta.
It work great for a while - they pricing was introduced and support disappeared . We have attempted to upgrade our account a few times to the fully paid option, however no one has come back to us here at www.tiesncuffs.com.au
MOVING TO JUDGE.ME app - $15 USD a month and does everything YOTPO does and saves me around $900 a month

I fully recommendy this App for reviews, I tried before others and this is my favourite one.
This app is horribly overpriced in today's marketplace. After being with Yotpo for more than a year, and consulting with their marketing team to get me to upgrade to their higher tiers for other add-on services, I have since found that there are other companies offering similar services for far less coin.
Worst of all about Yotpo is the customer service. I am trying to export my reviews via csv file, and the app will not export the reviews. This could be just a technological glitch, and no one should expect a company to be perfect in this regard. However, I have contacted Yotpo three times now in the last week to get tech support help with this bug in their app, and I have received NO responses. Not even one acknowledgement that they are going to help out.
Buyer beware. If I were you I would look elsewhere. As for me, I'm not looking back....but I do hope I can get my hundreds of reviews exported, and yotpo does not seem to be willing to help.

Renier answered all my questions and was super polite. Hoping the product is easy to use, but confident in the customer service team to help me as needed.
Overall the app is pretty good. I have to give it a 4 because product grouping isn't available unless you buy their premium plan which in my case would be $12k/year. This is something I'd highly recommend they change to lower plans as Shopify has a limited variation capability which means you might fall in our case of having to split the product by colors or sizes due to the number of high variation or more than 3 variations.
Warly was a great help in getting our integration with Yotpo completed! We had a few customizations to do which were very easy!
Previously, this was our go-to app for reviews. Overtime features have become more and more costly. Their free plan is basically useless.
It was a wonderful app with amazing features but it seems greed took over. One time I can say positive is that their support has always been top-notch.
Rhemy was incredibly helpful and attentive when troubleshooting how to move the reviews widget on our website! The issue has been resolved promptly, and his instructions have been crystal clear! Thanks very much!
