As soon as I started setting up the review system on my shopify account, Yotpo reached out to me via chat and I was able to more easily get up and going. Off to a great start!

This app requires some learing, it's not easy, but the customer service is top. Today I had to chat with Doner P who was extremely helpful. so I will give 5 starts. Great!

The Application itself is amazing. We had a five star review up before they decided they really wanted to get greedy. The guy who helped us set it up was super helpful and did everything we wanted. The issue we had was the gigantic price increase.

We were paying 9,000 dollars a year for the program, which is more than any other program we have by 2x, and this year after renewal they contacted us saying they wanted 14,000 this year. A 5,000 dollar increase from the year before.

The guy who pitched it to me was a complete car salesman type and really just makes you feel like a victim of the deal. "Well our program is worth it. O our guy didn't say this was a promotional yearly discount?"

I have 0 apps in my store that change their pricing. Even shopify doesn't change their pricing when you go month to month.

It is a very shady and sad business tactic and I remember seeing a lot of 1 star reviews on here regarding it and now they are 5 again. I am not sure what that is about but here we are.

FIVE OFFICIAL STARS + another TEN MORE!!! This is no "app"! It is an integral, essential, part of every store's marketing and customer service experience.

Does it increase sales? Yep!
Does it give insights into your products, your store and your service? Yep!!
Does it teach you about your customers? Yep!!!
Does it help your SEO? Yep!!!!
Do people really care about reviews? (duh!)
Is it a good ROI? Oh my G... YESSSSSSSSSSS already!!!!!
This app does it all. No bugs. Nothing left half-done. It's the real deal!

But what about Yotpo Customer Service? Is Yotpo there for the store owner when you need them? I cannot imagine receiving a more responsive, professional service experience. I never had any serious issues (not one) but they always go out of their way to engage with me and politely "check in" (a fancy way of saying they continually “teach me”) how to use the app to the fullest. They provided me with a primary account rep., but I have also been on the phone with other team members who have helped me learn the tool….all are equally knowledgeable.

Their approach is to teach (not just support), and that are so smart to do this. Why would I ever want to churn or replace them? I am fully trained, totally engaged, AND I am seeing results from the awesome reviews my customers are providing me on my website and on social media too! As a marketer myself, it's a lesson that I must learn and apply; the "Yotpo Approach". They encourage and train their store owners (their clients, like me) on how to use the app instead of constantly email me with blogs or newsletters from a fancy marketing automation drip. I like blogs...really; I do (1% chance that I will find time to read them). But I value amazing service and engagement so much more! Yotpo is the gold standard in customer service.

Do my ALLCAPS make it seem like I'm shouting? That's because I am shouting! I am trying to shout the highest praise I can conjure for this group. They go above and beyond with their app, their support, and they grow my business like nobody's business (sorry for the cheesy marketing tag...I'll stop now).

The way this app seamlessly integrates with Google can single handily transform your business. Their customer support replies within minutes (sometimes less than 60 seconds) of reaching out. They are truly remarkable. Highly recommend!

the app was ok stopped using it as the cost for value wasn't as good as the app I use now. if you have money to burn yotpo is the one to do it with

We use this app and we are seeing a good ROI. It's unfair that you need to be on an annual plan before you can have the Klaviyo integration. The customer service chat that comes with the Growth plans is instant and very helpful. Thanks Rael.

Was looking for an easy was to get some reviews from my customers. Super easy to set up.
Customer service was outstanding, even helping out over the Christmas period. Leizel Ann was really easy to communicate with and helpful.
Reviews are coming in now, they even helped with some custom coding to get the app to fit on my website.
