Great app that helps in a lot of ways. Not quite perfect yet, as it's still a little bit unclear how to make things look just the way you want them to when they appear on your website or on social media, but aside from that, it's an excellent app with great service.

Great app.It is very easy to apply it.Rewievs are very important for e-commerce sites and Yotpo is the best review app.

UPDATE : Joian Z helped me with the incorrect email address on an order that was to be sent for the review. I very much appreciate the customer support I have received without after installing the app. Very professional, quickly handled and resolved the issue.

I signed up for the free version to try the app out and wasn't able to upload as easily as seemed. I contacted support and WOW - Ronel was amazingly helpful in handling the upload issue and walking me through every step. Very happy with the professional customer service and support. Because of this experience and tech specialist, I will certainly increase my plan level for more features as there is great customer service behind this app.
