Awesome app, I am really happy with how good the customer support is! Eunice fixed all the integration issues while on the chat with me! i highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to showcase reviews on their site.

Yotpo is probably the best marketing app in the Shopify app store. It provides tremendous ROI and the social proof it generates greatly increases conversion rates. Their customer support is also top-notch!

I use this app on our DTC store and love it. The customer service and help as I learn the platform has been really good. I worked with a person named Rhem on a pretty specific issue that required a fair amount of technical assistance and they worked with me on it for a period of several days until we had a solution. Customer service is almost as important as the functioning of the app itself and YotPo has delivered. Reviews are rolling in!

I am a small business and was looking for an efficient review App, easy to install. I am very happy with the return I am getting from the Yotpo App and the flexibility it offers. I needed help to maximise the app and use all functionalities available under my plan. I cannot thank enough Ronel, Arven, Hazel, Daniel and John B. who have helped me over the past few days. I am so grateful for Happy's support this evening. After trying (unsuccessfully) to get my Reviews to load a quick text chat and clear guidance from Happy made for a winning combination. Love this app somewhat easy to set up Sheen helped me customize my stars and review look Which I found very Helpful. I recommend this review app. Although I do wish that they can bring the monthly orders up on a free plan instead of 50. Something that I would change is maybe consider bring the $20 plan to $9 so its affordable for once we pass the 50 free order limit thanks. Great customer Service.
