I reviewed several different product review apps for my Shopify store and the Yotpo app not only checked all of the boxes, but exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, ease of use, and automation. In addition, I reached out to their team to fix an issue I was having and they responded immediately, and they spent a great deal of time helping me with placing reviews on my site. Just installed and getting amazing instant chat support from Paulo. He's helping me import my old reviews which was one of my concerns when switching over. I love the fact that this app went back to my last 200 orders and got reviews right away for me. So far so good!
