Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Great customer experience and I truly love this app! Thank you so much for all the help. I recommend Yotpo 100%.

Good addition to my store. The customer service are easy to reach at anytime, and they are super helpful.

The first review app I have used with Shopify that was actually user-friendly and didn't slow our site down! Within 2 days reviews have been collected from customers and displayed on our site. The support from Yotpo is excellent as well, getting the answers I needed quickly through the online chat. Junalou was so helpful with the reviews tab and SEO page setup!

very easy to use, any time when I have some problems with the app, the app service is always helpful, thank you very much to Ruzsel John N, he helps a lot with importing reviews

Yotpo added Taiwanese language support! I reinstall Yotpo into our Shopify store.

Yotpo keep sending review request emails to my customers even though I have removed Yotpo from my Shopify Store a week ago.

Please stop sending review emails to my customers.

I was very impressed with the customer support. Junalou was extremely knowledgeable and She helped me tremendously with the initial set up. I was concerned about adding Yotpo bc I am not the best with backend set up...but her support handled all my issues and now I have an easy review system attached to my small business website. So far so good!

We can't get any support. Been with them for years and they won't resolve the issues we are having. We are going to have to switch away from these guys.

They deserve -10000 stars!!! Their own customer service people don't know what they are doing!!! Klaviyo integration only on annual plan. Who are your scamming???? Scammers!!!! I can't believe shopify allows these scammers to do whatever they want!!!!
