Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

We just switched over to Yotpo and had AMAZING customer service in the process. Donald U went out of his way to help us move onto the platform and integrate our reviews. I have rarely had this positive of an experience dealing with support on Shopify apps and couldn't speak more highly of Donald U and the help we received from him!

This is a great app very useful to our shops!

The ONLY thing I don't like about this app is that it says it is a drag and drop (or however you say it) and it's not. I had to get help from someone at Yotpo to add it to my website, however that service was EASY and GREAT. I am super happy with how they installed the app.

I had some difficulty inserting a code for the review app and Eduardo R was so helpful. He swooped in and the work was done quick! Thank you, Eduardo!

Their support is very responsive and helpful. I had questions regarding the app functionality and they answered them in minutes.

Yotpo had trouble synching my orders. I had good customer support on the helpdesk by Simoun Francis to solve it

Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

Customer service on chat has been amazing during implementation. Can't wait to see everything in action.
