Yotpo was easy to install, manage, and use! James was especially helpful in ensuring the code was edited correctly to display the reviews where we needed them on the page.

I decided to finally switch over from a crummy app to yotpo. so far their team has been great importing reviews over. I was finally ready today in the middle of a Saturday to make the switch final and Manny was just awesome. He smoothly helped me set up yotpo in 5 mins. It's as if the Gods of Asgard sent Manny personally to help me succeed!

Works great and good, responsive customer service. Thanks to Radly for helping us import our reviews from our old system.

I haven't used all its features yet but I want to say that they have a great support. thank you!!!!!

As a new business owner, one of the most important things about running a business is having great customer service, I value that a lot. Yotpo customer service is tops.

Literally the only app that doesn't disclose pricing. Support takes about a month to respond as well.

This app is super helpful and useful in collecting reviews. The support team is very reactive and fast. A Special thank you for John Kenneth for assisting me and answering all of my questions. Totally satisfied of this tool !

pricing is not clear. i can't count on this app. performance also very slow.
