Amazing! Very easy to install with the idiot-proof step by step guide in the website! Once installed it automatically generated an email to my customers inviting them to create a review, which I found very handy.

This app works great but what is even better is the customer service from Manny. He was such a help to navigate me through using Yotpo the best way possible. He communicated very well and understood the issues. He then worked his butt off to fix the issies and didnt stop until they were fixed. I like the app but having people like manny to help customers is what really seperates this company from the rest. Give this man a raise !
After using the app for a couple of years, the customer service team has always been extremely nice and capable. My latest help request took two hours to fix with the help of Manny - Yotpo Growth Support Hero - when I alone spent days prior to find a working solution.
