I love this app and have been using it for 2.5 years. I recently updated my theme and the reviews were no longer showing on the dedicated review page. I reached out to Yopto and Gimbert fixed what I need and more. He added the reviews back to the review page and also added reviews to each product page. Thank you.
YotPo is the total package when it comes to Shopify Apps. The functionality of the app is very easy for customers to use and to manage on the back end. Every time I have needed a tweak to the app, the support team is very quick to take action. Reviews are such an important part of a customer's decision making process. The review service from YotPo is by far the best review app on Shopify.
Elven via the customer service chat option was extremely helpful and quickly helped us resolve why a customer review was not posting to our website. He saved us a lot of time. Very satisfied. 5 stars!
