I switched from a different app to Yotpo, mostly for reviews functions. By far the best customer service experience I have had with any shopify app. They helped me through installation, getting the widget to appear the way I want it on my website. They answered all my questions promptly and fully (always within 24 hours, sometimes quicker). The interface is easy to manage. I am happy with the website's move to Yotpo.

The customer service is great! I was struggling with adding the code to my theme and they logged in and did it for me. Now everything looks wonderful on my website. I am very happy with the app and customer service. Strongly recommend.

We've been using Yotpo a couple of months now but also use it for Woocommerce for a year. The Support are always helpful. I recently has an interaction with John B. and he was able to help me with my enquiry smoothly.
