The Yotpo support team is wonderful! There were a few things I couldn't connect with my Shopify store and Sheen was super helpful in getting it done. You definitely need a little bit of coding skill for this app and luckily their team is great.
We use Yotpo on www.mysupplements.ca the team is always professional, helpful and their product adds a ton of Value. You guys need to give Junalou a Raise also.. always helpful when we need support.
It is friendly and easy to personalize. Fast and effective support team. Anyone can leave a review, not just customers, however there is an option that a review will only appear after manual approval, which makes it safe from spam.
