Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

The app has a nice aesthetic that I like. It looks more "real" and "legit" than Loox or Alireviews that i've used in the past. They have a LIVE CHAT which is BIG THING, if you need some answers quick or some changes made quick. They will assist you right away. When we installed it the first time, I was a little boring, asking them to do this and that for me, and they did it without hesitation and with great service. I'm very happy that we get to work with them. Eunice and Jo Lorenz were of great help past 2 days. THANKS yotpo

Yotpo is fantastic. The automated follow-up emails for reviews is something we couldn't live without. Curation and publishing reviews is simple, and they continue to develop feature that put them far beyond other Review apps. I can't wait to test out the new user-generated photos content.

I had trouble showing reviews on my reviews page. I reached out to their support, and Arven quickly helped me by suggesting the Reviews Tab & SEO page widget. Thanks to this widget, my reviews are now displayed nicely on a specific page. Good support and a simple solution!

Works well. Immediately increased my response rate for review solicitations. Eileen provided excellent support. A very useful tool since Yotpo increased the services on the lower-tier plans. Many ways to use this platform. The only drawback is that the emails can't be timed to the actual delivery notice, so international ones often arrive before the product, which annoys people.
UPDATE: I signed up for the Prime plan because I was told that it would show rich snippets on google and make the site review show up on the Google SERP. We met all the criteria, but these still did not show up, even given months for google to recognize them. YOTPO tried a few fixes and finally gave up and told me to contact Google, who, of course, blew me off. So, I would say that based on my experience, that feature is not functional.
And that would be okay if I hadn't paid a premium for many months specifically to have that feature work. Not so very happy

Great app, just quite expensive! Don't bother asking about the higher level plans as most small businesses won't be able to afford them but their free plan is pretty good and their platform is quite easy to use! Support is exceptional

Yotpo is a powerful tool. It helps me achieve the Reviews I want. Also, Yotpo's support team is very good. I would like to commend Howell Keith R from Yotpo. I had a problem and he quickly solved it for me. Excellent. If I could tip, I would definitely tip him.

We have used it on a few of our Shopify accounts and it has been working well for us. Their support is outstanding and Daniel P was very helpful in installing the widget on our new website.

FAST FORWARD: Tried. Tested. True. We've been using Yotpo for about two months now + feel this is BEST APP in the app store. We use about a dozen different apps ------everything from order management to customer service to marketing; After recently switching to Shopify2, we were shown our conversions --10% and growing-- are a direct result of Yotpo.

AWESOME. Installation was quick + easy -- even for someone not at all familiar with code. The step by step installation video was key. We received several reviews within 24 hours; and more are flowing in daily. It's very well designed, the layout and look is unobtrusive so it doesn't overpower the look + feel of our site. I also really like the social feature. You can set it up to auto post to Facebook + Twitter so it saves time. Yotpo has everything you want in a review app. IMHO, this is the most valuable app in Shopify.
