Overall the app is pretty good. I have to give it a 4 because product grouping isn't available unless you buy their premium plan which in my case would be $12k/year. This is something I'd highly recommend they change to lower plans as Shopify has a limited variation capability which means you might fall in our case of having to split the product by colors or sizes due to the number of high variation or more than 3 variations.

This app made it easy to collect reviews for our different products and website. Nick from customer support was very helpful when we wanted to transfer reviews from an old discontinued version of our product to the new version of the product so we wouldn't lose all of our review over the last few years.

We have run into some issues with reviews not automatically publishing and the correct amount of stars/reviews displaying on certain pages of our website but overall happy with the app and their customer service team's quick response time. Anne has recently helped us clarify some things and deserves 5 stars!

I've been using the Shopify Reviews App for the past 18 months or so, and have had 8 reviews from customers, 3 of which were from the same customer. I decided to try Yotpo as I really liked the idea of the auto email after purchase feature, and the option to upgrade and unlock further features if so desired in the future. In less than 24 hours of installing the free version of this App I've had 3 customers post reviews. Extremely pleased with results so far and the only thing putting me off giving 5 stars is as another reviewer pointed out - the cost of upgrading to more feature rich plans. I would still take the free version of this App over the Shopify Reviews App anytime.

Yotpo is a must. It's the easiest review app to use for your store, installation wise, and their feature of a 2-week followup to customers with a reminder to write a review has been *super* effective. They also have other features you can turn on/off, like recommended products. My one hickup with this app has been posting reviews to social media, and the only reason it loses a star is because they make it such a big deal that you SHOULD be able to do that/are encouraged to do that. But as just a review app for the website, recommended.

So far so good. I like the all the extras you get with this review app. I, being a consumer myself, know that reviews can definitely sway a person's decision whether to buy or not to buy. So I realized early on how important reviews were going to be for my products. I installed another review app before I installed this one and it did as promised, but it didn't go the extra step of e-mailing the customer after a purchase has been made to proactively retrieve a review. I haven't made any on-line sales yet with this app installed, so I can't comment on if it actually works ! But the insulation of the app was easy enough, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Great App. tested it for a few months now and slowly getting the hang of it.

Thumps up for

1. I love the fact that customers can write a review right in the review request email. They do not need to be redirected to do this.

2. Love that reviews can be posted on twitter and facebook. Integrates well with these platforms.

3. Love the reviews tab on the website too and the options to automate or manually post reviews.

I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to be able to integrate customer pictures. Can this be done? If so, I'll definitely be giving a 5 star rating!

Have been using Yotpo for the last couple of months. I have been getting consistent reviews from customers. Customer support is timely and reminders from Yotpo for "Recommended reviews" are helpful. Will surely consider upgrading my plan! Keep up the good work pls.
