They said their migration ¨specialist¨ will do the job for you from the old app to they new one. After 15 days still have no news. The service is horrible. I deleted the app and kept old app.

Just started with this app and well the support is very spot on. So far for an admin it is taking so long to find the function I need to assist customers. We came from Recharge which has an excellent back end for Admins even the timeline for each subscription is easy to read- no excel to down load. When a customer needs help to "ship now" I had to reach out to support to figure it out. It would be helpful for R&D to do UX testing for the actual day to day functionality.

Excellent customer service experience. Very quick, and Thessanyl was able to outline the steps needed to resolve my issue. Thanks Thessanyl and I look forward to offering subcriptions to my customers with Yotpo

I have recently installed the app and so far the process of integration and use has been seamless. Irvin and the support team were very prompt and helpful in their responses, which is always good. My favorite part of the app is how easy it is to customize the UI. Look forward to my experience with Yotpo.

I switched from Assemble Subscriptions. Yotpo's support was terrific! They migrated all my subscription customers and plans in a day. They even customized the widget to my store without my having to ask and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to working with Yotpo for a long time! Caroline's Dream

Einfache Installation und flexible Handhabung in den Sections der Product Detail Seite. Alle notwendigen Einstellungen sind da. Die Pläne sind logisch aufgebaut. Bin sehr zufrieden. Auch ein Lob an den Support, ein kleines Übersetzungsproblem wurde ruck zuck gefixt.

Good APP, very nice customer support, Jiemer was very helpful and guided me through many of my questions. He also helped me in store settings.
