Really great team over at Yotpo! Very helpful and always quick to respond. Integration with our online store is a dream come true. Super shoutout to Jerrah at customer service who has been incredibly helpful and saved me hours of stress! Really appreciate you all!

Yotpo Subscriptions offers the most customization options than any other service my company has used so far. It has been great with all of the different types of campaigns/sales we run. And the customer service is top-notch! Roland M. in specific has been so incredibly helpful and patient. I must have reached out about 15 times in a row and he graciously helped me solve every issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend Yotpo for all your subscription needs!

I had an issue and couldn't figure out how to add Yotpo to my home page. I contacted them yesterday night, in an 1h the problem was fixed. They were really helpful and quick to reply, thanks again !!

The Yotpo team and Radley have been great to work with. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all quickly and patiently. I do hope they can get Yotpo to work on mobile devices soon, as that would be super helpful for my business. The desktop version is working great so far!

Migration was smooth, very responsive and friendly customer service. This new subscription system also makes accessing a discount code incredibly easy for subscribers (if you're using Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards), which is a huge benefit for us

We had a theme update and began receiving questions from our customers on how they could access and manage their accounts. I reached out to yotpo chat support and Happy Sheen Buhay assisted me in fixing this. It was a very seamless process to get our site up and working easily (without having to get my developers involved). I appreciate Happy S help in getting this done swiftly, seamlessly and effortlessly. Thank you Happy S

These 5 stars are for the support I received from Radly and the escalation team. We ran into a fairly large snafu during migration, right before launch. Radly and team came up with a creative solution to really help us out of a bind. I am very grateful for the extra mile they went and looking forward to seeing our subscriptions in the wild, thank you!

Albert our migration specialist made the transition super easy. We had a few special circumstances and Yotpo was able to handle each of them. We switched from Bold and are very happy with the switch. If you have other Yotpo products their subscriptions app works amazing with their other suite of apps.

Migration was great, very user-friendly for the customer and conversions are sharp as well.

Definitely smoother to use than Recharge and Bold. If you have yotpo rewards its a no brainer!

Looking forward to seeing how the team develops the app to have even more features and improvements. Yotpo is great for its simplicity, how its apps are all interconnected, but also how they roll out solutions that work and are simple, with no pointless features that sound great in concept but add too much complexity with little to no value.

Great job Yotop team, special shout out to Brandon and Randly, these guys are outstanding!!!!!!!
