The app is simple to understand, great to use and works really well on the front end of the site. When I needed help, Alex was able to jump in and support me quickly and effectively. Very happy.

Great customer service team. I've had the pleasure of reaching out through the chat box a few times and have had great experiences each time. Today I reached out and Cyrus Jay helped get my issue resolved within minutes!

Very quick and responsive customer service. Jeffrey fixed the problem we were having (customers couldn't see their subscription page) within 10 mins. Easy to get hold of via the chat screen and appreciate the swift fix.

Chatted with Danilyn D. today regarding Yopto subscription instructions for our customers. She kindly wrote up a document for us to add to our FAQ page. This is hugely appreciated an added benefit to Yopto business customers. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to send that to us!

My Customer Service team and I are happy with the Yotpo Subscriptions app. Sheen helped us migrate from our previous subscription platform and was very easy to work with and highly knowlegeable. The switch was mostly done on his end and the tool allowed me and my Dev team to easily work on the front-end design side of things. Administering the program is easier on us and helping our customers is easier for my Customer Service team. Next, we'll be working on strategies for improving the program and expanding our reach with our Customer Success Manager. Overall, this has been a smooth and fruitful switch.

I had an issue with the subscription option not showing on my website. I did the chat with Christopher and he discovered that the code was not on my website and fixed it in minutes. This is a great app for subscriptions and the customer service is great.
